We I made the change to remove gluten and added sugar from my diet is was a big challenge. The first few days were really tough. Headaches, fatigue, and mood swings made me a real peach to be around.

But I pushed through, and by the second week I started to feel better. My joint pain eased up and my mood swings settled. No more headaches and no more fatigue. And the most wonderful thing started to happen. My night time sleep improved!
