Simple and Sweet Beef Bites! A fast and easy sweet treat for dinner. Ready in just 15 minutes and will surely not disappoint.

I prepared this dish on a weeknight with some leftover sirloin steak that I portioned the week before. I defrosted a small portion of the sirloin overnight in the refrigerator.

With some brown rice already prepared and leftover from another meal, I got home from work and went right into making the beef bites. A quick chop, season, and sauté, and the sweet beef bites were ready to serve with a nice hot bed of brown rice.
