Begin by cleaning and trimming the fat from sirloin steaks. Next, cut the sirloin into bit size pieces.
2 8 oz. sirloin steaks
In a large skillet, add 4 tbsp. of butter and melt on medium heat. Add sirloin pieces, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder and sauté on both sides until fully brown in color (4-5 minutes).

For the final step, add ¼ cup of honey and sauté for an additional 4-5 minutes until the sirloin has a shiny glaze.
