I love angel hair pasta with shellfish, it is a great compliment with the delicate seafood. This scallops with angel hair pasta recipe will be great with any type of pasta so use your favorite. I would recommend another long pasta such as spaghetti, linguini, or fettucini.
Diced tomatoes are a staple in my pantry so I incorporate them into a lot of dishes. If you would rather use fresh tomatoes for this recipe, I recommend cherry or grape tomatoes.
