Beef Recipes

On this page I share my favorite beef recipes and ideas from my experiences. Not all ideas turn into great recipes, but they can make for interesting stories, or spark a new idea which eventually leads to amazing food! 

My favorite way to cook beef is on the grill. Steaks, steaks, and more steaks! With marinates and dry rubs cooking on the grill is fun and the food is super juicy and flavorful.

A close second favorite way to enjoy beef is meatballs. To be more precise, ground beef seasoned and formed into meatballs. Growing up in a large Italian family having pasta and meatballs was a staple, and I have continued this in my adult life.

I hope one of these beef recipes will become a staple with your family, or lead to a fun and enjoyable time cooking together. Start with one of these base recipes and invent what works for you. Add a little of this, take away some of that, or change the cooking method. It is entirely up to you. Remember to always….Create, Taste, Innovate!
