Welcome to our appetizer recipes page

appetizer recipes

On this page I share my favorite appetizer recipes and ideas. Not all ideas turn into great recipes, but they can make for interesting stories, or spark a new idea which eventually leads to amazing food!

I hope one of these appetizer recipes will become a staple with your family, or lead to a fun and enjoyable time cooking together. Start with one of these base recipes and invent what works for you. Add a little of this, take away some of that, or change the cooking method. It is entirely up to you.

Appetizers are fun to make. They usually take less time to prepare, are smaller in size, and are packed with flavor. Although, if you are brining an appetizer to a party it might take longer to make the amount of food you will need. But in general, appetizers are quick, simple, and tasty.

I classify an appetizer as any food enjoyed before the main course. So for this page you will see soup ideas, side dish ideas, and even main dishes that I think could be served in smaller sizes for an appetize. Sometimes for dinner or if I am hosting a party I will serve multiple appetizers as the main meal.

A favorite appetizer of mine are these pan-fried salmon bites.

I hope you enjoy these recipes. Let us know what you think. Share your ideas and favorite beef recipes.
