Orange Pork with Broccoli. Boneless pork loin cut into thin strips and sautéed with a sweet orange sauce and served with broccoli.

How to Make Orange Pork with Broccoli

Marinating the Pork:

  • Begin by cleaning and trimming the fat from the pork chops and cutting the chops into bit size slices. Place the pork into a plastic bag or mixing bowl and add 1/2 cup orange juice, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp or honey.
  • Mix all the ingredients well and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preparing the Pork:

  • In a large skillet, add ¼ cup of canola oil and bring to a high heat. Add in the garlic and saute until golden (about 2 minutes).
  • Lower to a medium heat and add marinated pork and sauté until golden brown in color (about 5 minutes), mixing occasionally.

Bringing it All Together:

  • Continuing on medium heat, add in the broccoli, soy sauce, 1/2 cup of orange juice, and 2 tbsp. of honey and sauté for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.

  • Next, add in the mandarin oranges and sauté for 2 minutes, mixing occasionally.

How to Serve Orange Pork with Broccoli:

  • Place mandarin pork with broccoli on a bed of cooked white rice.

  • 4 mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
