Sweet Honey Chicken Thighs Recipe. Chicken thighs sautéed in a honey butter sauce and served with a side of mashed potatoes.

For this honey chicken thighs recipe, begin by seasoning the boneless chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. In a large skillet add in the canola oil and bring to a high heat. Next, lower the heat to medium, add in the chicken, and pan sear the chicken thighs to golden brown on both sides (about 5 minutes per side).

Drain the oil from the skillet and add 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of honey. Sauté the chicken on medium heat in the honey butter sauce on both sides until the chicken retains a nice glaze (about 3-4 minutes a side)

If you prefer a sweeter glaze add some more honey to the recipe. Likewise, if you enjoy the savory taste of the butter, kick that up some with an additional tablespoon.

This honey chicken thighs recipe pairs well with just about any vegetable. Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, spinach, and green beans are a few of my favorites. I even recommend adding the vegetables in with the chicken right at the end of cooking to get some of that great honey butter sauce on the vegetables.
