In a large skillet, bring the canola oil to high heat
1/4 cup canola oil
Fry the chicken thighs on medium heat until golden brown on both sides (about 5 minutes per side)
Drain the excess oil from the skillet
Bring in all Together
Add the butter and honey to the skillet
2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp honey
Sauté the chicken on medium heat in the honey butter sauce on both sides until the chicken retains a nice glaze (about 3-4 minutes a side)
To Serve
Serve the sweet and savory honey chicken with a side of mashed potatoes or a green vegetable
