How to Make Pork Teriyaki with Broccoli

Preparing the Pork:

  • Cut boneless pork chops into strips and seasoned with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet on high heat add the canola oil and pork and saute the pork on all sides until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes total). Remove the pork from the skillet and drain the oil.

Preparing the Broccoli:

  • Return the skillet to medium heat and add in extra virgin olive oil. Next, add in the garlic and saute until golden (about 2 minutes), mixing occasionally.
  • Next, add in the broccoli and saute until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes, while mixing occasionally.

Bringing it all Together:

  • Return the pork to the skillet with the broccoli and add the teriyaki sauce. Stir occasionally for 5 minutes to incorporate all the ingredients.

How to Serve Pork Teriyaki with Broccoli

  • Serve the pork teriyaki with broccoli over rice or with a side of roasted potatoes.

  • 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
