No Oven Bake Lasagna with Meat. Whenever I make lasagna, the sides of some of the noodles always seem to fall off. So I started using them to make no bake lasagna.
This no oven bake lasagna with meat recipe uses all the same ingredients of a traditional lasagna. Marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Romano cheese, and ground beef.
I add all the ingredients plus the sides of the lasagna noodles into a skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until everything incorporates and gets nice and cheesy.
This no oven bake lasagna with meat is such a great way to save the sides of the noodles and to not have any waste! Plus you have another meal for another time.

Invent Your Recipe:
If you do not have unused lasagna noodles from preparing a full sized lasagna, you can cook lasagna noodles then cut them into thin strips. If this is the case add additional time (about 20 minutes) to cook the lasagna noodles.
If you do not have leftover lasagna noodles, and do not want the hassle of cooking lasagna noodles and cutting them into strips, you can use a different type of pasta. A thicker pasta such as fettuccine would do the trick.
