Honey Glazed Chicken Bites. Boneless chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces and pan seared in a honey butter glaze. Served with a side of broccoli and brown rice.
This is the second version of our honey glazed chicken recipe series. This version of the recipe, honey glazed chicken bites, uses boneless chicken breasts instead of chicken thighs. The one other difference is we are adding in dried oregano for some additional flavor. The cook time for this recipe is shorter because the chicken is cut up into pieces. The honey glazed chicken bites dish comes together quickly and is a great option if you need something done in under 25 minutes. Add in a vegetable and you have a great tasting and healthy meal.

Invent Your Recipe:
This is the second version of our honey glazed chicken recipe. The first version of this recipe calls for chicken thighs and did not have any oregano in the seasoning. For this version, honey glazed chicken bites, we are using boneless chicken breast cut into pieces. For a honey glazed chicken breast recipe, do not cut the boneless chicken breasts into pieces.
Honey butter sauce is very simple to make, just combine the two with some heat and mix well until it thickens. This sauce will make anything taste really good. I would also recommend trying this sauce with beef bites, turkey bites, pork bites, shrimp, and scallops. It will even work well with vegetables to make a tasty vegetarian dish.
If you do not have time to make the sauce with the honey glazed chicken bites dish, you could use barbecue sauce, which would essentially make this dish our chicken tenderloins with BBQ sauce recipe.
