Honey baked salmon with rigatoni and broccoli. It is a sweet take on baked salmon that will leave you wanting more.

This is a simple, easy, and quick recipe to prepare. The salmon is finished in just a few minutes. If you are planning to make this for a weeknight dinner and time savings are important, choose a different side other than the pasta. Maybe a side salad, couscous, or another vegetable.

How To Make Honey Baked Salmon

  • Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees

Preparing the Salmon:

  • In a small bowl combine the honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and mix well. Brush the honey glaze onto the salmon and bake in the over at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Preparing the Rigatoni:

  • In a large skillet melt the butter on high heat. Add the lemon juice and cooked rigatoni and sauté on high for 5 minutes mixing occasionally.

How To Serve Honey Baked Salmon

  • Serve the honey baked salmon and rigatoni with a side of steamed broccoli.

Invent Your Recipe:

Like your salmon pan seared? Go ahead! Brush the honey glaze on the salmon and pan sear in olive oil for 5 minutes on both sides. Before removing from the pan, brush more honey glaze on the salmon.

For another option, place the salmon on aluminum foil, brushed the honey glaze onto the salmon, wrap the salmon into a pouch, and place on the grill. Cook on both sides for 7 minutes until the salmon is tender.

You can kick up the honey glaze sauce by adding a little spice. You can use red pepper flakes, chili powder, or your favorite spice mix. Have fun making this honey baked salmon dish.

  • 2 6 oz. pieces of salmon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 cups cooked rigatoni
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch pepper
  • Pinch garlic powder
