Invent Your Recipe:

This recipe is actually a take on Pasta Aglio e Olio (pasta with garlic and oil). Instead of using pasta, I substitute the gnocchi. To complement the gnocchi, I use broccoli to make this dish feel more substantial and to stand on its own as a main entrée.

I have also made this recipe with several other vegetables, including, green beans, asparagus, zucchini, peppers, onions, and Brussel sprouts. Try some different vegetables combinations and this simple, tasty recipe will keep on giving.
