This is a very simple baked sweet potato wedges recipe. To make sweet potato wedges, remove the skin, cut the sweet potatoes into wedges, then cook in the over for crispy baked sweet potato wedges. I love this recipe for a no-fuss side dish that I like to make on a busy day. Once the wedges are cut, which you can even do ahead of time, it is just place in the over, set a timer, and forget recipe.

I add some olive oil for flavor and a crispy finish, however you can leave the oil out or reduce the oil amount for healthy baked sweet potato wedges.
