Begin by removing the skin from the sweet potatoes. Next, cut each sweet potato into 4 wedges and place into a mixing bowl or plastic bag.
Next, add the olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon to the sweet potatoes and mix thoroughly.
Finally, place the sweet potatoes onto a baking sheet and place into the oven at 375 degrees and cook for 45 minutes.

Invent Your Recipe:You can make this recipe with any type of potato; russet, red bliss, golden yellow. For another option, cut butternut squash into wedges and bake the same way, however, I would reduce the cook time to 35-40 minutes.
