Ingredients
4bonelessskinless pork chops sliced into pieces
2clovesof garlic sliced
Pinchblack pepper for asparagus
Pinchof salt for asparagus
1bunch of asparagus cut into pieces
4cupsof cooked white rice
¼cupcanola oil
2tbsp.extra virgin olive oilor canola oil
2tbsp.of Panda Express mandarin sauce
½tsp.garlic powder
Instructions
Preparing the Pork:
Begin by cleaning and trimming the fat from the pork chops and cutting the chops into bit size pieces.

In a large skillet, add ¼ cup of canola oil and bring to a high heat. Add pork pieces and season with ½ teaspoon of garlic powder and sauté on both sides until golden brown in color (about 5 minutes).

Drain the remaining oil and return skillet with pork to medium heat. Next, add the 2 tablespoons of Panda Express mandarin sauce and cook for 2 minutes to fully coat the pork (mix occasionally).

Cooking the Asparagus:
In another medium skillet on add 2 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil and bring to high heat. Add the garlic and saute until golden, about 1-2 minutes.

Add asparagus pieces, pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper and sauté for 3-5 minutes until the asparagus softens but remains a bit firm (mixing occasionally).

To Serve:
Place pork and asparagus on a bed of cooked white rice.
