3medium zucchinis cubed
4clovesof garlic sliced
2tbsp.extra virgin olive oil

Preparing the Zucchini
In a large skillet or pot, add in the extra virgin olive oil and bring to a high heat.
Next, add in the garlic and sauté until the garlic is golden, about 2 minutes.
Lower to a medium heat and add in the zucchini, salt, and pepper, and sauté until tender, about 8-10 minutes, mixing occasionally.
To Serve:
Serve as a side dish with chicken, pork, or steak. For a vegetarian option, serve this zucchini over pasta.
