Notes
Invent Your Recipe: In this version of the recipe I am making small changes to the way the pork is prepared and seasoned. The flour coating adds a nice element of texture, and the lemon butter wine sauce adds a wonderful flavor. You can add even more depth and texture to this dish by adding complementary ingredients such as vegetables, grains, or cheese. As you can see from the picture of the finished dish I paired the pork with a brown rice and pea mix. I have also made this pork recipe with pasta, as you can see from the first version of this recipe. If you decide to pair this version of the recipe with pasta; cook the pasta separately and add it to the pork at the end and mix well. Experiment with different combinations of complimentary ingredients until you find the flavors and textures that work the best for you.
