4boneless pork chops cut into bit size pieces
1lb.spaghetti
2cupsbroccoli florets
1/2tsp.salt for pork
1/4tsp.black pepper for pork
1/4tsp.garlic powder
1/4tsp.onion powder
1/4tsp.dried oregano
1/4tsp.dried basil
4clovesof garlic sliced
1/4cupcanola oil
Juice of one lemon1/4 cup
2tbsp.extra virgin olive oil
Pinchsalt for broccoli
Pinchblack pepper for broccoli
Instructions
Cooking the spaghetti:
Follow the package instructions to cook the spaghetti al dente (7-9 minutes). Strain pasta and place in a large bowl

Preparing the pork:
While the spaghetti is cooking, in a large skillet add the canola oil and bring to a high heat.

Next, add the pork and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil. Sauté the pork on all sides until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes total.

Finally, add the lemon juice and sauté for 2-3 minutes, mixing occasionally.

Preparing the broccoli:
While the spaghetti is cooking, in a clean skillet bring 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to high heat.

Add the sliced garlic and saute until golden, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the broccoli florets and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Lower to medium heat and sauté until broccoli is tender, about 5-7 minutes, mixing occasionally.

To Serve:
Place the spaghetti in the center of a bowl and spoon the lemon herb pork with broccoli over the pasta
