In a large skillet on high heat add the oil and saute the garlic until golden. Next, season the shrimp with salt and pepper and add into the skillet. On medium heat, saute the shrimp on both sides for 1 minute.
Adding the broccoli:
Add the broccoli to the shrimp and saute on medium heat for 2 minutes, mixing occasionally. Next, add in the honey and vegetable stock and saute for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.
To Serve:
Serve the honey garlic shrimp and broccoli over a bed of your favorite pasta or with a side of rice.

Invent Your Recipe:Sweet garlic shrimp is fantastic. To be honest, sweet garlic sauce is fantastic on just about anything. This recipe would work really well with chicken or pork cubes. If you add in some lemon, try this sauce on some lamb.As for the broccoli, you can switch it our for some zucchini, green beans, or spinach. For a completely different flavor, saute some peppers and onions with the shrimp.
