In a large skillet bring the olive oil to high heat. Next, add in the sliced garlic and saute until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, 4 gloves of garlic sliced
Next, add in the green beans, salt, and pepper and saute on medium until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Finally, add in the diced tomatoes and saute on medium for 5 minutes.
15 oz. can of diced tomatoes, 1 tsp. salt, ½ tsp. black pepper, 16 oz bag of green beans
To Serve:
Serve as a side dish with meat, or as the focal point in pasta.
