Notes
Invent Your Recipe: I enjoy marinara sauce on pretty much any dish. I make it all the time and keep it on hand stored in mason jars. A recipe like this one, which incorporates marinara sauce as the base, is very easy to make if you already have the sauce on hand.If you do not have marinara sauce, follow the above recipe which guides you through a quick scratch sauce. It does not have all the layers and flavors of my Sunday gravy, but is perfect with this easy tortellini dinner.
