Ingredients
2 4oz.tuna steaks
1Spaghetti Squash
2tbspbutter
4clovesof garlic sliced
1sweet onion sliced
Pinchof salt for tuna
Pinchof black pepper for tuna
Pinchof salt for squash
Pinchof black pepper for squash
Water for baking sheet
Instructions
Preheat the over to 375 degrees
Preparing the Squash:
Cut the spaghetti squash in half and clean out the inside. Place the squash halves face down on a baking sheet and add about 1/4 inch of water to the baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.

Remove the squash from the oven and scrap out the squash with a fork leaving behind the skin. In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter on high heat. Add in half of the garlic and saute on medium heat until golden (about 2 minutes).

Next, add in the onions and saute until tender (about 5 minutes). Finally, add in the baked squash, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and saute for 10 minutes, mixing occasionally.

Preparing the Tuna:
Begin by seasoning the tuna steaks with salt and pepper. In a large oven-safe skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter on high heat. Next, add in the the remaining garlic and saute on medium heat until golden (about 2 minutes).

Next, add in the tuna steaks and saute for 2 minutes on both sides. Finally, place the skillet into the oven and bake for 5 minutes at 375 degrees for medium, and 10 minutes for well done.

To Serve:
Place a large forkful of squash in the middle of a plate. Then place a tuna steak on top of the squash.

Invent Your Recipe:Garlic sauteed in butter is one of my favorite ways for a quick flavorful meal. It works with just about any protein. This recipe can also work well with chicken breasts, pork chops, or a steak.Zucchini, green beans, peppers and onions, and broccoli would all work really well as substitutes for this recipe.
