Ingredients
1package of frozen ravioli
2cupsplain breadcrumbs
2eggs
¼cupcanola oil
16oz.or marinara sauce
grated cheese to taste
Instructions
Preparing the ravioli:
In a bowl add 2 cups of plain bread crumbs and season with salt and pepper. In another bowl add 2 eggs and whisk.

For each frozen ravioli, coat with egg and then dredge in the bread crumbs.

Next, in a large skillet on high heat fry the raviolis in ¼ cup of canola oil until golden brown on all sides (about 2-3 minutes a side).

Remove raviolis from skillet and drain the oil. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

To Serve:
Serve as an appetizer or the main event. Pair with marinara sauce and grated cheese

Notes
Invent Your Recipe:Make sure you bread and try the raviolis while they are frozen. Otherwise, they will begin to fall apart when you fry them in the hot oil. I would recommend using the small round raviolis as is the case in the picture above.You can also fry frozen tortellini.
