Notes
Invent Your Recipe:For this recipe, citrus herb turkey, I am using frozen broccoli. It is convenient so I always have some in the freezer. If you have fresh broccoli feel free to use that instead. I have made this recipe before with chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, and scallops. The cooking time will vary depending on the meat you use, but I can say the above protein will work nicely in this dish.If you are looking for some more flavor or spice, feel free to add in what you like. Try some red pepper flakes or chili powder. How about some peppers and onions to sauté with the dish? Use the ingredients that you have on hand or really enjoy.
