Season the chicken breast with a pinch of salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet. Place in the oven and cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 170 degrees

Remove the chicken from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Next, slice the chicken into bite-size pieces.
Preparing the Pasta
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the pasta according to the package

Bringing it All Together
In a large pot or skillet on high heat add the olive oil and sliced garlic. Cook until the garlic is golden in color (about 2 minutes).

Next, add in the broccoli, carrots, and a pinch or salt and pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.

Next, add in the cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, black olives, and chicken stock. Bring to a simmer and then cook for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.

Finally, add in the cooked pasta and saute for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.

This recipe uses some of my favorite vegetables, but that does not mean you have to make this recipe with those. Choose your own combinations. Maybe add in some spinach, or onions and peppers.
