Notes
Invent Your Recipe:This is the 4th version of this recipe. This one might be the quickest and easiest. Just 15 minutes to prepare and the chicken is super tender and delicious. Just 3 simple ingredients and you have a wonderful meal or appetizer. You can use this recipe with any cut of chicken. I have used chicken breasts, chicken thighs, chicken legs, and the whole chicken itself. Of course, if you choose the chicken with the bone in, you will need to adjust the cooking time accordingly. Just make sure you research the appropriate internal temperature of the chicken and add the BBQ sauce to the chicken a few minutes before the chicken will be finished.I have used this quick recipe with boneless pork loin, pork tenderloin, and beef cubes cut from London broil, sirloin steak, or chuck steak. When choosing a cut of beef it is your preference is you want the leaner cut, London broil, or a fattier cut, the chuck steak.
