2boneless chicken breasts(about 1 lb.) cut into bite sized pieces
2bell peppers sliced
16oz.Salsa
1sweet onionsliced
¼cupextra virgin olive oil
1tsp.salt
¼tsp.black pepper

Preparing the Vegetables:
In a large skillet add in the extra virgin olive oil and bring to a high heat. Next, add in the peppers and onions and sauté for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.
Putting it all Together:
Continuing on high heat, add in the chicken pieces, salt, and black pepper and sauté for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.
Finally, add in the salsa, bring to a simmer, and cook for 10 minutes, mixing occasionally.
To Serve:
Place the chicken salsa with peppers and onions in a large serving dish or on top of brown rice.
