Preparing the Chicken:
In a large pot or skillet add in the olive oil and bring to high heat. Next, add in garlic and sauté for 1 minute, mixing occasionally.
Next, add the chicken and sauté for 2 minutes, mixing occasionally.
Bringing Everything Together:
Continuing on high heat, add in the green beans, sun dried tomatoes, salt, and ground black pepper, and sauté for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.
Next, add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally, or until the green beans are tender.
