Follow the instructions on the package and cook 1 cup of dry brown rice. Use a rice cooker or cook in a sauce pan on the stove.

Preparing the Tuna:
While the rice is cooking place each piece of tuna on a piece of aluminum foil. Season each piece of tuna with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce. Seal the aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
2 small tuna steaks, 2 tbsp. BBQ sauce, 1/2 tsp. salt for tuna, 1/4 tsp. black pepper for tuna
Preparing the Vegetables:
While the rice is cooking, bring a large skillet to high heat. Add the olive oil and sliced garlic and saute until the garlic begins to turn golden. Next, add the broccoli, salt, and pepper and saute for 5-7 minutes, mixing occasionally, until the broccoli softens.
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic sliced, Pinch of salt for broccoli, Pinch of black pepper for broccoli, 2 cups broccoli florets
To Serve:
In a bowl, place the rice and broccoli on one half, and the tuna on the other half.
