Notes
Invent Your Recipe:For this recipe, Baked Bone In Chicken Breast In The Oven, I picked green beans, sweet potatoes, and onions for the vegetables. This recipe can work with all kinds or vegetables, including, white potatoes, asparagus, Brussel sprouts, and butternut squash, to name a few.For the seasoning, I decided to use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic. No reason in particular, maybe I just did not feel like peeling the garlic. Either way, fresh or dried garlic works well for flavor.I had dried thyme and dried basil on hand from the garden and used that for the herbs, however, use whatever you like. Try oregano, savory, sage, marjoram, or rosemary.Use whichever seasoning you prefer. Even try some spice, like chili powder, cayenne pepper, or jalapeños to change the experience of this dish altogether.
