Invent Your Recipe:
For this 4-ingredient quick ham casserole recipe I am using leftover baked ham from thanksgiving dinner. If you have leftover turkey, you could use that as well. This recipe would also work with cooked boneless chicken pieces or cooked boneless pork pieces.
I chose to use frozen broccoli for this recipe because that is what I had in the freezer. You could also use frozen mixed vegetables, peas, corn, cauliflower, or carrots.
For the finishing touch I used condensed cheddar cheese soup. You could use and condensed soup for this. I have also used cream of potato, cream of mushroom, cream of onion, and cream of chicken.
