- In a large pot or skillet, add the olive oil and bring to high heat. Next, add the garlic and pork and sauté for 3 minutes, mixing occasionally.
- Next, add the green beans, sweet potatoes, salt, and ground black pepper and sauté for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.
Bringing Everything Together:
- Continuing on high heat, add the soy sauce and sauté for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally, or until the vegetables are tender.

I am using boneless pork chops for this pork stir fry with green beans and sweet potatoes recipe. You could also use boneless chicken breasts, boneless turkey breasts, sirloin steak, or sausage. The recipe would work great with any of these options.
