How to Make Pork Bites With Broccoli And Red Sauce

Preparing the Pork:

  • Cut boneless pork chops into strips and seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
  • In a large skillet on high heat add the canola oil and pork and sauté the pork on all sides until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes total. Remove the pork from the skillet and drain the oil.

Preparing the Broccoli:

  • Return the skillet to medium heat and add in extra virgin olive oil.
  • Next, add in the garlic and sauté until golden, about 1-2 minutes, mixing occasionally.
  • Next, add in the broccoli and sauté until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes, while mixing occasionally.

Bringing it all Together:

  • Return the pork to the skillet with the broccoli and add the marinara sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

I would recommend butter and white wine for the base and add those ingredients into the recipe at the same step you would have used the marinara sauce.
