Pork and Peppers Stir Fry. Boneless pork bites sauteed in olive oil with bell peppers, spinach, garlic, honey, and soy sauce.
If there’s one dinner I can always count on to be both easy and full of flavor, it’s this pork and peppers stir fry.
It’s one of those meals that comes together quickly but still feels satisfying; and it’s a great way to put those bell peppers to good use when they’re in season.

In my house, peppers are a staple. I grow them in the garden every year; reds, yellows, greens, whatever I can fit in the space; and by mid-summer, I’m looking for every excuse to use them.
Pairing them with thinly sliced pork, a bit of garlic, and a simple stir-fry sauce has become one of my go-to ways to let the peppers shine.
Whether you’re picking peppers from your garden or grabbing a few from the market, this dish is a great reminder that you don’t need a long list of ingredients to make something delicious.
