Invent Your Recipe:
This recipe is a quick way to prepare flavorful chicken and can easily be paired with a starch and vegetable for a quick and balanced meal. My favorite combinations are quinoa or rice, with, broccoli, zucchini, or green beans.
There is very little prep involved with this dish, but if you would like to add some texture to the chicken an do not mind a few more minutes of work, dredge the chicken in flour before adding to the hot butter. This will create a little coating for the chicken that will soak up some more of the lemon garlic butter sauce!
