In a large skillet add ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil and bring to medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden, about 1-2 minutes.

Next, add the shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp begins to turn pink.

Next, add the butter, white wine, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

To Serve
Place shrimp on a bed of your favorite cooked pasta (recommend spaghetti or linguini). Pour of spoon the desired amount of sauce over the chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Leave out the shrimp and use the sauce with pasta.
