To Serve:
Serve this quick pork stir fry over rice or with a side of roasted potatoes.
Notes
Invent Your Recipe:In this recipe I am using frozen vegetables. I tend to use them during the week or when I do not have the time to prepare fresh vegetables. You can use fresh vegetables in this recipe. If you do, add them to the skillet after removing the pork and sauté them until they are tender (5-7 minutes). They continue with the recipe from there. In terms of changes to this recipe, you can add in some spice with crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper. The vegetable choice here is entirely yours; green beans, peas, peppers and onions, spinach, and asparagus would all work well with this recipe.
