Place a large skillet on high heat. Next, add 2 tbsp. of canola oil and bring to a high heat. Add the garlic, onion, zucchini, salt, and ground black pepper and sauté for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.
Next add the ground turkey and sauté for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.
Finally, add in the diced tomatoes and sauté for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.
