In a large skillet on medium heat add in the ground turkey. Sauté for 7 minutes, mixing occasionally to break up the meat. Remove the turkey from the skillet and return the skillet to medium heat.
Continuing on medium heat, add in the garlic and sauté until golden, about 1-2 minutes.
Next, add in the onion and zucchini and sauté for 2 minutes, mixing occasionally.
Next, add in the frozen vegetables, diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper, and sauté for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally. Finally, add the ground turkey back into the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally
