In a large skillet on medium heat add the butter and melt.
Raise to high heat and add the pork, salt, and ground black pepper. Sauté the pork on all sides until golden brown, about 7 minute
Continuing on high heat, add in the garlic, tomatoes, basil, and oregano. Sauté for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.
Finally, add in the lemon juice and sauté for 3 minutes, mixing occasionally.
