In a large skillet on medium heat melt the butter.

Next, add the pork chops and pan sear on both sides until golden brown (about 3 minutes each side). Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside

Return the skillet to medium heat and add in the garlic and sliced onion and sauté for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.

Next, add in the diced tomatoes, black beans, salt, pepper, and 1 tsp of chili powder and sauté for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.

Return the pork to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes, flipping the pork chops half way through.
