In a large skillet add the oil and bring to high heat.
Next, add in the pork and cook each side for 2 minutes (4 minutes total). Remove the pork from the skillet.
Next, return the skillet to medium heat and add in the vegetables. Sauté for 2 minutes, mixing thoroughly.
Return the pork to the skillet with the vegetables and add the stir fry sauce. Stir occasionally for 5 minutes to incorporate all the ingredients.
