In a large skillet bring the extra virgin olive oil to high heat. Next, add in the garlic and sauté until the garlic is golden, about 2-3 minutes.
Lower to medium heat and add in the broccoli, salt, and pepper.
Sauté for 5-8 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
Add in the gnocchi, sauté for 2 minutes on medium heat, mixing occasionally.
Sprinkle the gnocchi and broccoli with some grated cheese and serve as a side or main dish.
