In a large skillet add the canola oil and bring to a high heat. Next, add the chicken tenderloins and fry until golden in color, about 2 minutes per side.
Next, add the BBQ sauce and sauté for 2 minutes.
Flip the chicken over and sauté for 2 more minutes.
Place chicken tenderloins with BBQ sauce on a bed of brown rice and serve alongside steamed broccoli or your favorite vegetable.
