Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into 1 inch pieces and seasoning them with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.
In a large skillet add the canola oil and bring to a high heat. Next, add in the chicken pieces and pan sear for 6 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and drain the oil. Continuing on medium heat, add the chicken back to the skillet. Next, add in the butter and honey.
Sauté the chicken for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally, or until a nice glaze has formed around the chicken.
