Welcome to the second recipe in our Stir Fry Cabbage series of recipes. In this version, Stir Fry Cabbage with Quinoa, we are using red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and quinoa to change up this dish. This recipe is a subtle change, as the first version of this recipe calls for carrots and onions. However, a small change like this really does make a completely different dish and eating experience.
