Cooking the Spaghetti:
- Follow the package instructions to cook the spaghetti al dente (7-9 minutes). Strain pasta and place in a large bowl

- While the spaghetti is cooking, in a large skillet on high heat melt ¼ cup of butter. When the butter is melted add the shrimp, garlic, and lemon juice and sauté until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes), mixing occasionally.

- While the spaghetti is cooking, in a clean skillet bring 2 tablespoons of canola oil to high heat. Add the sliced zucchini and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Lower to medium heat and sauté until zucchini is browed (about 5-7 minutes), mixing occasionally.

- Pinch of black pepper for zucchini
- 4 cloves of garlic sliced
- 2 tbsp. Canola oil for zucchini
- 1/2 cup butter for shrimp
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice for shrimp

- Place the spaghetti in the center of a bowl and drape the shrimp to one side and place the zucchini on the other side of the spaghetti. Pour the remaining sauce from the shrimp over the spaghetti.
